Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Urban Development
NBCC has signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the year 2012-13 with its Administrative Ministry of Urban Development, Government of India.It is worth mentioning that NBCC in the year 2011-12, has achieved an income of Rs.3595.82 crore, an increase of 11% over previous year i.e.2010-11. It has earned a net profit before tax of Rs. 289.83 crore and profit after tax, of Rs. 190.17 crore with a net worth of Rs. 795.49 crore for the year 2011-12, which is 22% over previous year(2010-11) on all accounts
The MOU 2012-13 sets out certain performance targets based on static or financial parameters, dynamic parameters, sector specific and enterprises specific parameters.
