In order to aggressively venture into Real Estate Sector, NBCC has signed a JV or MOU with following organizations and is also executing various Real Estate Projects:
JV with Mahavir Hanuman Group for Housing Projects at Khekra (UP).
JV with BCC-Ahinsa Private Ltd. for Housing Projects at Khekra.
JV with Cuttack Development Authority for Real Estate Projects in Cuttack.
MOU with Agartala Municipal Corporation for Real Estate Projects in Agartala.
